We want you to love your handcrafted piece. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging, including all certificates and documentation provided at the time of purchase.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location. Ensure the package is insured.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our artisans will inspect the item. Approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
